Cataloguer's note · worth knowing

Two things to check before you commit. First, the tag column: undead NPCs do not always mean PvP is off, and many entries here keep normal Rust raiding switched on. Second, the wipe column: most zombie servers wipe monthly with the force wipe, some weekly. A tilde marks an estimated date taken from the schedule rather than a confirmed one. Rates run from 1x up, so sort by tag if you want a particular pace.

Enquiry 01Is there PvP on Rust zombie servers?

Some switch player damage off, others leave Rust's normal raiding and combat in place. The tags on each entry are the quickest guide, so read them before you join. If open PvP would spoil your run, sort by tag and pick an entry marked PvE.

They usually signal that the server adds undead characters to the world, typically through plugins, though the way that plays out differs from one entry to the next. The index only lists servers that use one of the four words in their name. Servers running the same plugins under a plain name will not appear in this table.
