Readers of Rust Server Index are Rust players choosing a server for their next wipe.

Players come here to browse and compare servers before a wipe. That is the moment a paid placement can put your server or product in front of them.

A featured spot for a server on the pages players use to choose: the server list, Just wiped, and the regional and play-style lists.
A banner on the home page or across the site.
A sponsored placement on the force wipe countdown, the page players check before every force wipe.

Placements are sold per month by email. Every paid placement is marked as sponsored. Payment never changes the order of a list. Write to hello@rustserverindex.org with the server or product and the dates you have in mind. The reply comes with the options and the current rates.

Questions

3 enquiries on file, answered by the catalogue.

Enquiry 01Does paying affect where my server appears in the rankings?

No. The order of every list is set by the data, and paying never changes it. Paid placements are shown separately and are always marked as sponsored.

Enquiry 02How are advertising placements priced and booked?

Placements are sold per month. Email hello@rustserverindex.org with the server or product and the dates you want, and the reply will include the options and the current rates. There is no self-service booking.

Enquiry 03Which pages can carry a sponsored placement?

You can take a featured spot on the server list, Just wiped, and the regional and play-style lists. Banners can run on the home page or across the site, and the force wipe countdown page takes a sponsored placement. Each option is explained in the reply to your email.
